Pawel started his coaching career at age of 19. He studied Sport Science and Physical Education at the J. Pilsudski  Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland and completed his Masters Degree in 2003. In 2009 Pawel interest in cognitive sport psychology learning and fundamental motor skills for children led into writing his first book ‘Coordination in Soccer’.

Pawel became a UEFA Licence Coach Educator at the English FA, following the UK Coaching Licensed Tutor. Currently holding FA Advance Youth Award and UEFA A Licence. In 2018 Guziejko published his best selling book ‘Reading Kids: Secret Tips Behind Children Behaviour’ which was published in Polish and English. Pawel has been  involved as a coach and lead coach in 3 Professional English Youth  Academies with Premier League and English Football League Clubs, All his lesson learned at this level have been outline in 2024 in the book ‘Play: Principles of training sessions for children’ In 2024 Pawel coaching business have been offered heading Football Performance and Scholarship Programme for University of Essex for Scholarship Athletes.
