Northampton Football Club
We have been invited to Northampton Football Club Youth Academy to deliver workshops for 30 plus coaches. The workshops have been conducted both in the classroom and on the field with the U14 Academy players. We focus on principles of intervention and communication!
Kenya Football Federation
The Kenya Football Federation, Kisumu Branch, demonstrated a real need to establish a coaching qualification pathway, particularly for the development of youth coaches, not only in Kisumu but throughout the country of Kenya. Therefore our first 3 days visit we conducted
workshops for over 70 coaches in the Kisumu County Branch. Going forward we agreed to sent out proposal in which we outline the partnership for subsequent visits:
- Improve knowledge and education for coaches by supporting youth coaches.
- Design a tailored football qualification for coaches working in this sector, i.e. the National Youth Coaching Licence Qualification.
- : Train and upskill FKF instructors so that they can conduct these courses and modules for local coaches in their county and across the country.
- Prepare a National Youth Licence Qualification, which will be divided into 3 individual modules.
- Convey the agreed youth qualification to FKF Trainer Education staff, to upskill these instructors so that they can pass it on participants of each course.
Polish Premier League Ekstraklasa and Ekstraklasa Foundation
- We conducted workshops for over 1000 coaches in ten professional club academies
- We upskill youth elite coaches in classroom based presentations as well as conducted practical training sessions with elite academy players
- We support upgrading the knowledge of coaches, on individual development of children and youth, and enhancing the potential for learning
- Filling the gap in understanding the learning needs of children while considering learning abilities in coaching environments tailored to youth football
We conducted 2 workshop on two separate occasions to over 80 coaches at Legia Warsaw Stadium for elite youth academy coaches as well as coaches of Legia Warsaw partners clubs
Sport is a lifestyle Conference, Istanbul, Turkey
- We conducted workshops for over 200 physical education teachers, coaches, educators, doctoral staff, and professors from nearly 20 Universities from Middle East Countries
- Our workshop theme was: The art of teaching and coaching (creativity and learning amongst children and teenagers)
EWS-Higher School of Education in Sport
- We had been Invited to present a key note speech for an Inauguration of University Academic Year 2023 to over 300 people: school students, past and present Elite Level Polish Olympians, Lecturers, doctoral staff, and professors, Our presentation topic: How to create positive learning environment for children in sport context?
Polish Foundation of Sport and Culture
- We had been invited to Football Conference in Poland in which we conducted a lecture and practical training session at Wisla Krakow Stadium for over 200 coaches as well as take part in panel discussions. Our theme: How to meet children developmental need at training session: when to dribble and when to pass?
Al Rayyan Sport Service Company and Libyan Football Federation
We have been invited to Libya by Al Rayyan and Libya Football Federation, City of Benghazi to deliver 3 days of coach education workshops for 30 coaches. The workshops have been conducted both in the classroom and on the field with the U18 Elite Libya Champions Team. We focus on 3 key areas:
1) How to create a positive learning environment?
2) How to plan the practice that meets children’s learning needs?
3) Why use the methodology of play: Motivate-Confident-Competent to play?
