What we do?
We collaborate with professional leagues, football federations and clubs, universities both internationally and nationally, showing a genuine commitment to improving the standards of youth coach education through educational conferences, workshops, and practical courses.
Our Goal
There is a real need to create a path for coaching and educational qualifications based on the development and learning needs of children, particularly for young coaches and teachers. An additional justification for this is the fact that, while it is obvious that the content of current licenses, courses, and programs includes basic technical and tactical knowledge about football or sports in the adult version in an 11-a-side game environment, it leaves a significant gap in the learning of young players within the framework of learning and coaching tailored to youth football and sports. Therefore, we offer a solution that will fill this gap.
COACHING WORKSHOPS
Purpose:
Do you coach children? Understanding child learning needs and development is the first step to becoming a master in your coaching craft.
Structure:
We are offering between 1-5 full days based on our clients domestic and international needs.

TRAIN AND UPSKILL TUTORS
Purpose:
Changing how tutors can solve today’s biggest coaches teaching challenges by applying insights into who a child is, how they develop and learn? By aligning football learning to individual children’s needs we make everyone’s learning experiences enjoyable and productive.

We are offering between 1-5 full days based on our domestic and international client’s needs
KEYNOTE SPEAKING AT CONFERENCES
Purpose:
Our presentation inspires, motivates, and engages an audience. We share ideas, vision, and insights to challenge the status quo in youth football coaching. Our keynote speech is designed to be memorable and impactful to make coaches rethink current structures, game models, curriculums and strongly consider the child learning process first.
Structure
We are offering large audiences lectures and practical sessions for 1-3 days both domestically and internationally. Our focus is on children learning and development in a football/sport context environment.
PRACTICAL YOUTH FOOTBALL COURSES-3 MODULES
We are designing and delivering a tailored youth football course divided into 3 individual modules for coaches working in this sector. We collaborate and partner with football federations, clubs, private organizations to train and upskill instructors so that they can conduct these modules for local coaches in their county and across the country.
Purpose:
There is a significant gap between how children learn and develop and how youth football programs currently operate. Therefore, we offer a solution to bridge this gap by designing and delivering child specific courses related to the football environment.
Structure:
Each module is run for 5 full days and delivery is based on our clients domestic and international needs.
