What We Do
Grow to Coach (GTC) is the independent football education and coaching knowledge provider for coaches working with young players. GTC offer domestic and international workshops and courses.
Why Did We Start?
In 2017 Pawel Guziejko founded the Pav Fun Ball Academy for children that truly reflects their learning and development. This highly successful programme leads to create a unique coach education for coaches to challenge the status quo in youth football learning and development. This is how GTC was born. Pawel mission is to educate youth football coaches about children and adolescents’ learning process, their physical and cognitive development. Why? Because most elite football programmes, grassroots environments are not designed to reflect young players’ learning needs, but to mostly fulfil adult ambitions.
